A graduate of Bellefontaine High School, Wayce was a three-sport varsity athlete from 2008 to 2011. His athletic career was built on a strong baseball foundation that began at the age of four. Years of dedication and competitive experience earned him the opportunity to continue his baseball career at Capital University, where he studied Political Science with a minor in Psychology.

Professionally, Wayce serves as an Engineer for Honda of America while also operating a successful small business. His passion for athletics, however, extends far beyond his career. In 2013, after the birth of his oldest daughter, he began investing in the sport of softball with the goal of helping young athletes reach their full potential.

Over the past seven years, Wayce has immersed himself in the game by studying advanced mechanics, player development, and the mental aspects of competition. He has built relationships with respected coaches and athletes across multiple levels of the sport, continually expanding his knowledge to provide the highest level of instruction. While he specializes in pitching, he is equally passionate about developing athletes in hitting, defensive fundamentals, and overall softball IQ.

Wayce's coaching philosophy is centered on developing complete athletes and confident young women. He believes that success comes from mastering fundamentals, embracing discipline, and building mental resilience. His goal is to equip every athlete with the technical skills, confidence, and work ethic necessary to compete at the highest level while preparing them for success beyond the game.

Whether working with beginners or advanced players, Wayce is committed to creating an environment that challenges, motivates, and inspires athletes to pursue excellence both on and off the field.
